At times during youth nights or special socials, we may organise transport to and from venues.
– All drivers hold a full driver’s licence, are fully insured, and are trusted leaders from our youth team.
– All transport will follow safe and legal requirements.

If you are not comfortable with your youth being driven by one of our leaders, this might mean that some events will either require a parent to organise their transport or for the youth to miss out on the activity.

Your young person may appear in photos or videos shared on our Instagram or other online platforms. We do our best to ensure all content is respectful and appropriate. While you're welcome to request that your youth not be photographed when cameras are present, it can be difficult to manage this in large group settings.
For this reason, our policy assumes general consent for media capture while at youth. If you’d prefer your young person not be included, please contact Allen (Youth Pastor) via email to opt out.

At youth group, we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for every young person. We encourage parents and caregivers to partner with us in modelling and reinforcing respectful behaviour and how to love others well. Together, we can help shape a culture where everyone feels valued and can enjoy their time at youth.
