Counselling with Jennifer

Counselling Support Available
Life can bring seasons where we feel overwhelmed, burdened, uncertain, or simply in need of someone to talk to. You do not have to walk through these times alone.

My name is Jennifer Messaoudi, and I am a Year 3 Counselling student at NMIT, currently completing my practicum hours here at Hope Community Church. I have a heart for walking alongside people with compassion, patience, and respect. My desire is to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

As part of my professional training, Hope Community Church is offering free,

confidential counselling sessions to the members of the church and wider

community.

I can provide support with:

  • Anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship or family challenges

  • Life transitions and decision-making

  • Self-esteem and identity

  • Faith questions or integrating faith into life challenges

Sessions offer a caring, respectful, and non-judgmental space, with the option to include faith and prayer if desired.
